The staff was perfect in every way! We accidentally spilled a little oil lamp oil in our vehicle. The front desk clerk/Manager upon hearing of our troubles loaned us everything he could have (paper towels, room freshener etc) to elevate the oil smell. I admire anyone that goes above and beyond their job duties. Also 2 ladies gave us the best places to go to eat and where to see The Amish and their shops and they were spot on!

I love how the staff is always accommodating everyone to their fullest ability. They help you with whatever you need help with. They are kind, friendly and make you laugh if you come in having a bad day. The room is a good size as well. Breakfast is good for grab and go it would be better if there was hot breakfast too but it's okay I understand why there can't be any hot breakfast yet.

Our room and the Inn itself was comfortable temperature-wise upon entry as well as throughout our stay, and the room was tidy and clean upon entry. All accommodations were easily accessible and well explained by the staff that came with our stay! We would absolutely stay here again!

For my purpose it is centrally located and very convenient. It is a pleasure to find a clean, comfortable, well-priced hotel. I will be using this location as a "home office" when traveling in Pennsylvania/Maryland The coffee was great and available anytime!! And a free breakfast can never be overlooked!

The main issue, my door did not lock upon shutting. Meaning I or anyone could get in without using my key. And toilet was crazy noisy upon flushing I believe room 207. I was on 2nd floor where I specicially requested 1st floor
